The one to actually read: by default, everything you send to Ajay — your chats, your escalations, his replies — is used to train and improve the Ajay models. That is the deal. Your credit buys answers; your usage makes the product sharper.
rentanajay sells metered access to an AI system trained to answer like Ajay Prakash. It is a software product, not Ajay. It generates opinions rapidly and it is sometimes wrong.
Output is not professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. Every answer states its own assumption and confidence — read them. You decide, you own the outcome. No refunds for bad judgment, his or yours.
Credit is prepaid, drawn down at model cost + 15%, itemised on a receipt per answer. Credit is not money, earns no interest, and is non-refundable except where the law says otherwise. If we shut the product down, remaining credit is refunded.
Chats are stored server-side and used to improve Ajay: escalated chats are read and answered by the real Ajay, and his replies are distilled into the model's instructions on a recurring schedule. If you do not want a conversation used this way, don't have it here — there is currently no opt-out toggle.
"Escalate to Ajay" sends the full chat to the real Ajay. He replies to as many as he can. No SLA, no guarantee — it's one guy.
Sign-in is a single-use email link. You are responsible for your inbox. We can suspend accounts that abuse the system, attempt to extract other people's data, or generate content that is illegal where you or we are.
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability is capped at the amount of unused credit on your account. Ajay himself frequently changes his mind; the terms may too — material changes get an email.
