Short version: we store your email, your chats, and your payment history. Chats are training data by default. We don't sell any of it to anyone.

Your prompts are sent to the model provider (OpenRouter, routing to Anthropic models) to generate answers. Sign-in emails go through Resend. Payments go through Stripe. Hosting is Vercel; the database is Neon. Each sees only what it needs to do its job. Escalated chats are read by the real Ajay — that is the feature.
Chats and escalation replies are used to improve the Ajay models by default. Distilled learnings are style-and-judgment notes, not copies of your conversations; even so, don't paste secrets into a product whose premise is that a person reads the escalations.
Email privacy@rentanajay.com to get a copy of your data or have your account and chats deleted. Deletion removes chats and account data; ledger rows we must keep for accounting are retained without your chats' content. No tracking pixels, no ad networks, no analytics beyond our own request logs.
